Worst Business
Worst business ever. Very rude. Friday afternoon I left for work, my water was working fine. I was at work and got a call from my brother about not have any running water. No note on the door no one contacted us about turning off our water. This business is closed on the weekend and there is no emergency number to call or reach them. After calling the city's emergency number about the water issue and them coming out to look at it, they informed us that someone had turned our water off because someone dug a hole and busted our line, turned off our water and didn't tell us a thing. I am not from Jefferson. I do not have any kins in GA. I had to drive 30mins to my friends house daily to shower my son and myself so I could go to work and shower after work from Friday to Sunday. And not being able to flush the toilets was horrible. Monday I went to speak to someone about this issue at this office. The man tells me they will be working my on it today and I asked why no one communicated that they turned our water off. He replied you should have been home then. I asked what was I supposed to do in the meantime his reply was "It's common sense to go somewhere where there's water." He told me that it's either they cut off the water or I'd have a $500 bill and said I should have noticed that my water was spraying out the big hole in the back. We walk our trash out ever Tuesday night, our water bill has been consistent. There was no issues until whoever they hired came and dug a hole out back. Everything I said he had a smarta** rude reply like I was bothering him. I asked him how he could behave like this and he said It's not my property I don't care. He also said that if staying there is a problem that I should move and he'd help me and that he's not arguing with me. I was not arguing I was trying to get an understanding of everything that was going on. I felt attacked the whole time talking to this man about water for my home. While walking out I was still shocked at his behavior and was trying to ask a few more questions and he yelled at me and told me to shut his door. Very unprofessional. Worst customer service ever.
