Leaking Bay window; poor construction contractors

I’m being kind with my rating given. I’ve been in this house almost 17 years and the front bay window has always leaked. Now come to find out, the brick to roof flashing was installed incorrectly allowing water in to my home. Before that, it was leaking from the upstairs window that had no sill seal installed during construction allowing water to leak on ceiling. There are lots more issues I found wrong with the house after moving in, and wouldn’t have signed on the closing date if I had been better educated on construction of new homes. I definitely don’t endorse RDK Homes. They don’t check their contractors work.
