The only reason why I didn’t give an excellent rating is Jeff did not finish the job. He also reassured my daughter and son I law that they were within budget. He then extorted almost $40,000 from them (that they could not afforded), and received the money from another family member who didn’t realize that he didn’t finish the job and then ghosted them when called.
