This guy is scam he was building house without a general contractors license, the homes he built all ended up having the buyers sue him for shoddy construction leaky rooks and foundation / driveway issues and he deliberately did not pay his sub contractors once the money was released for the work they completed was done and when i sued him and won judgement for $12,000 he changed the company name and filed bankruptcy
